Administration Department

Job Description:

  • To control office petty administration.
  • Assist in issuing MRO/PO coordination works.
  • Monitor stationary requisitions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate/SPM with 8 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of Ms Office Application Software is essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Contracts Department

Job Description:

  • To evaluate and prepare progress payment to sub-contractor, prepare progress claims and variation order, final account.
  • To verify material requisition, revert negotiated quotation by sub-contractor and supplier.
  • To prepare procurement schedule, cash flow and budgeting, monitor budget and update cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of tender, contracts administration, planning and cost control.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standard in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software.

D​irectors' Office

Job Description
  • Assist in screening the incoming and outgoing calls and taking messages in the absence of receptionist and during busy period
  • Prepare reports and other documents like company profile as required by immediate superior and diligently handle company's and bosses private and confidential matters
  • Fixing appointments and meetings
  • Handle administration and correspondence task, recoding and filing according to ISO filing system
  • Attend meeting, prepare minutes and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Responsible for secretarial and office administration functions
  • Prepare power point presentation as and when required
  • To be in charge of notice board update circulation of memorandum and collection of company's and social club news and memorandums

Purchasing Department

Job Description:

  • To coordinate & administer materials and equipment purchases for company and projects.
  • To select, evaluate and register suppliers based on competitiveness, qualification and ability to meet company and project requirements.
  • To liaise with suppliers in terms of requirements, cost, delivery and after-sales service for materials or equipment purchased.
  • To source materials/plants Machinery & Equipment during tendering and project execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Civil/Building Engineering industry, preferably in similar position.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to write and converse well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and any Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.

Job Description:

  • To assist purchasing executive in checking, monitoring and maintaining stocks in company stores.
  • To record incoming materials on material log/inventory control log/transfer notes/delivery orders.
  • To record all equipment on master equipment list.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM with 1 year experience.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.

Planning Department

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years working experience in construction environment preferably in similar capacity.
  • Knowledge in ISO9001 standard and in the preparation, implementation and maintenance or quality management system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application software and MS Project Management software.
  • Degree/ Diploma in Building Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural, Science and other related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high confident level, pro-active, assertive, reliable & good attitude.
  • Good software skills e.g. M.S office, Sketch-up, 3D related software and AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be advantage.

Operations Department

  • Degree in Civil/ Building Engineer or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in Civil/ Building Engineering works, currently holding senior management position.
  • Adequate experience in high rise building required
  • Excellent leadership and management quality with good coordination, organizing and planning skills.
  • Aggressive, analytical, systematic, solution oriented and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good written and oral presentation skills for both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others in his team.
  • Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in property development industry with at least 3 years in similar capacity.
  • Had strong knowledge on construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
  • Well versed in architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
  • Knowledge in engineering design detailing and able to make quick decision on contractual and site matters.
  • Able to liaise with contractors, consultants and authorities.
  • Computer literate.

Assist the Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager to develop feasibility, cash flow budget, planning activities and authorities’ liaison for development projects. Assist in implementing relevant policies, activities and procedures as required by the Property Development System / QMS. Assist in ensuring that site works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedure etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Planning or Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the property development industry with at least 3 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Familiar with MSO-ISO 9001/2000 Quality System, CONQUAS 21 and CIDB QLASSIC as well as Green Building Index (GBI, LEEDS, GreenRE, Green Mark, etc) accreditation and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
  • Well versed of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
  • Knowledge of engineering design and able to make quick decision on contractual and site matters.
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.

Formulate assess and conceptualize development projects, with suitable design strategy , feasibility and detailed evaluation for management decision to proceed. Control project schedule, budget and ensure project’s resources are managed efficiently and within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Direct, lead or coordinate the design development process with management, end user, consultants and site team, from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, construction implementation, up to completion hand over of project.

To lead consultant team in design efficiency, effectiveness and value engineering to improve on design and save on cost and time.

Responsible to lead in authorities liaison relationship.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Architecture /Planning or Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in the property development industry with at least 3 years in similar capacity for Project Manager. Minimum 10 years working experience in property development industry with at least 5 years in similar capacity for Senior Project Managers.
  • Familiar and able to implement relevant policies, activities and procedures as required by the property development system e.g ISO 9001, CONQUAS 21,QLASSIC, GBI, LEEDS.
  • Strong knowledge of design development, construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
  • Well versed in architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
  • Knowledge of architectural & engineering design.
  • Possess good interpersonal, problem solving, communications skills and able to take challenges.

Finance Department

  • Must possess at least a recognized Degree / Diploma in accounting / other professional qualification in Accounting.
  • 3 years working experience in similar capacity (Degree Holder) or minimum 5 years working experience (Diploma Holder).
  • Ability to handle pressure, strong organization skills, able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge in accounting standards and internal control policy and procedures.
  • Attentive to details, analytical and good time management.
  • Computer literate with comprehensive Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Sales & Marketing Department

Lead in the formulation of marketing strategies and develop marketing plans and budget, advertising and promotional programs and product pricing to ensure that target are met. Strategize, plan, organize and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotions activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 7 years of management level experience in sales and marketing in property development industry.
  • Through knowledge of rules and guidelines on property industry in terms of advertisement / marketing agency.
  • Good in interpersonal, negotiating, sales and marketing and business writing skills.
  • Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Conversant in Mandarin/ other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage (for position in Kota Kinabalu).
  • Able to work closely with team members.

Carry out marketing and sales activities, preparation of advertising and promotional program and budget to ensure sales target are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or related field with 4 years working experience in the same field and industry/ SPM with 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of property industry.
  • General knowledge of rules and regulations in the property industry.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation skills, sales & marketing and business writing skills.
  • Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
