Dato' Kamisah Binti Johan
Dato' Kamisah Binti Johan, a Malaysian aged 44, is the founder and Group Executive Chairman of Rembawang Holdings Sdn Bhd. Dato' Kamisah is a self-made entrepreneur and has more than 10 years of experience in the Property Development sector. She began her career at the age of 17, starting out in hospitality before going into sales, working for several leading hospitality and property development companies.
In 2009, Dato' Kamisah established her investment holding and property development business with Rembawang Holdings Sdn Bhd and was tasked with overseeing and steering the business through the utilisation of her business acumen for Property Development. Rembawangs flagship residential development project, popularly known as Teringin @ Sri Ukay, is an Award Winner for Residential Development Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020 organised by International Property Media. The internationally acclaimed development was also awarded the Best Landed Development of the year, Best Life Style Landed Development and Best Luxury Landed Development at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards 2021.
With her excellent entrepreneurship and management skills compiled with her resilience and philanthropic attributes, Dato' Kamisah was recently lauded with several accolades, namely Woman Property Icon of the Year at the Malaysia Excellence Business Award (MEBA) 2018, co-organised by the Dewan Industri & Perdagangan Malaysia and Malaysia Digital Chamber of Commerce. Dato' Kamisah was also accorded the Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2018 at the CSR Malaysia Awards 2018 and Brand Laurette CSR Brand Leadership Awards 2018.

Dato' Muraly Daran A/L M Narayana
Dato’ Muraly completed ACCA examinations in 1974, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom and is a Past Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He was the Chief Executive of Amanah Raya Berhad, Malaysia’s largest Trustee Company from 2000 to 2003. He then served as Managing Director of UBB Malaysia Trustee Berhad for a period of 9 years. Prior to his appointment by Amanah Raya, he also served in the Ministry of Finance as Senior Treasury Accountant.

Datuk IR Mohd Dom bin Ahmad
Datuk Dom holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with Hons from University Technology Malaysia.
He started his career with Pernas Engineering Sdn Bhd as a Civil Engineer. He left Pernas Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1989 and joined HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd as a Civil Engineer and later promoted to Assistant Resident Engineer. He left HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd in 1993 and joined MTD Group as a Project Manager and worked his way up within the group and got promoted to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Alloy Group. During his tenure with MTD and Alloy Group, he oversaw multiple large scale construction projects. Among them are Middle Ring Road 2 (MMR2), Widening KL-Karak Highway, Phase 1 of East Coast Highway (from Karak to Kuantan) and Phase 2 of East Coast Highway (from Kuantan to Kuala Terengganu).
He was also in charge of operation and maintenance of tolled highway in Malaysia and Philippines. He left his position as the COO in 2011 and was redesignated as a Technical Advisor of Alloy and MTD Group and eventually retired from the group in 2016.

Dato' Sri Azizan Bin Jaafar
Dato' Sri Azizan has more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry and 10 years in property industry. He began his career in 1990 with Warrington Martin as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Manchester, the United Kingdom. He then joined a London firm, Henry Riley & Sons in 1992 as a Quantity Surveyor and remained working in the United Kingdom until 1995. Upon returning to Malaysia, he became a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Taisei Corporation.
In 1996, he joined Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd as a Contracts General Manager, where he was subsequently appointed as a Senior Executive Director. During the period from 2005 to 2009, he was also responsible for the operations of Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd in India and Saudi Arabia.
In 2009, Dato' Sri Azizan started his business in construction where he founded Dasa Sentosa Sdn Bhd. In April 2013, he then expanded into the property development business after acquiring a stake in Tanah Makmur Kotasas Sdn Bhd. Today, KotaSAS, Bandar Baru Kuantan is recognized as the largest township in Pahang.

In 1991, Y.M. Tunku Alizan was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He formed Messrs. Zul Rafique & Partners in 1999 together with Dato’ Zulkifly Rafique and several other partners. He has been exposed to a wide range of legal experiences in his thirty (30) years of post-qualification, specialising in the areas of Corporate and Construction Law.

Puan Masleena holds a LLB (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and completed her CLP in University Malaya.
She is a practicing lawyer and is a Managing Partner of Messrs. Masleena, Yee & Partners. Prior to establishing her law firm, she was the Prosecuting Officer for Securities Commission of Malaysia from 2001 to June 2008. She had prosecuted cases for various securities law of Malaysia. From July 2008 to December 2009, she was the Head of Section at Companies Commission of Malaysia, where she Managed the Interest Scheme Section and oversaw the Insolvency Section of the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
